Nach einem Bericht von Tom´s Hardware Guide werden Intels kommende Mainboards mit i975X Chipsatz anscheindend die Nvidia SLI und ATi CrossFire Technologie unterstützen. Erst vor kurzem haben wir über CrossFire Kompatiblität vom i955X Chipsatz berichtet. Zur Zeit ist der i975X allerdings noch nicht auf den Roadmaps gelistet - es wird aber davon ausgegangen, dass der Chip zeitgleich mit der Pentium D 900 Serie (Presler) erscheint, welche durch Dual-Core, 65 nm Fertigung und 2x 2 MB L2-Cache gekennzeichnet ist. Der Launch vom i975X könnte nach ersten Aussagen im Februar 2006 stattfinden.

naja beim prescott hat der ja auch nix gebracht. aber ich glaube das intel aus seinen fehlern gelernt hat, bin gespannt auf die leistung des gespanns i975x und nem presler

Ich denke dass bei Intel nicht nur Schwachköpfe sitze, sie haben sicherlich aus vergangenen Fehlern gelernt. Und nicht das einer meint ich wäre ein Intel-Jüngling, habe einen 3000+ Winchester @ 2,4GHz
